SUPPORT
The machine is delivered as plug-and-play. Customers plug in the wire harness and connects the hose ducting. PST provides three hours of prepaid phone technical assistance. This allows for support and training during the startup phase concerning hardware, software, and proper glass scoring adjustments. It is recommended to have an internet connection at the CNC table, as this enables online direct diagnostics of your system.

WARRANTY
For warranty-related issues, PST provides phone technical support and parts for the initial six months of operation. This excludes consumable wear items or repairs resulting from operator damage. After the warranty period, technical support can be purchased in three-hour time blocks and used in time increments as needed.
